Vaars provides AI front desk automation services for businesses, including AI call answering, lead capture, appointment booking, SMS notifications, email notifications, and Google Calendar integration.
We may collect business contact information such as business name, staff phone number, staff email address, appointment preferences, call details, customer name, customer callback number, service interest, preferred appointment time, and urgency level.
When a business connects Google Calendar, Vaars uses Google Calendar access only to create and manage appointment events requested through the AI front desk system. Calendar access is granted only after the business owner explicitly approves the Google OAuth consent screen.
Vaars does not sell Google Calendar data, does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and does not share Google Calendar data with unauthorized third parties.
We use collected information to answer calls, capture leads, create appointment bookings, send SMS/email notifications, improve service reliability, and support business operations.
We only share lead and appointment information with the business that connected the service. We may use third-party providers such as Render, Twilio, Resend, Retell AI, and Google APIs to operate the service.
Businesses may revoke Google Calendar access at any time from their Google Account permissions page. Businesses may also contact us to request deletion of stored connection data.
