By using Vaars, you agree to these Terms of Service. Vaars provides AI front desk automation, call answering, lead capture, appointment booking, SMS/email notifications, and calendar automation for businesses.
Businesses are responsible for providing accurate business information, staff contact details, calendar access, and service instructions. Vaars will use this information to configure and operate the AI front desk system.
Businesses may connect their own Google Calendar through OAuth. Vaars uses this permission to create and manage appointment events based on caller requests. Businesses can revoke access at any time through their Google Account.
Vaars may charge a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription fee. Pricing, setup scope, and billing terms are presented before purchase.
Vaars is designed to automate customer intake and appointment workflows, but it does not guarantee a specific number of customers, appointments, or revenue. Businesses remain responsible for reviewing bookings and following applicable industry rules.
